Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide fast and reliable shipping to ensure your garden tools arrive as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below:

1. Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required.

2. Shipping Areas

We currently ship only to the contiguous United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Processing and Shipping Time

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Please note that business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and external factors like weather or high demand.

Once your order has shipped, it will typically arrive within 7-11 business days.

For Canadian customers, depending on local customs clearance, items may take up to 15 days to arrive but average time is one week.

We also ship world-wide, please enter your address at check out to see the charges.

For Canadian/International orders there may be additional local duty charges at the customer’s expense.  

Please note: gift cards are delivered electronically and do not count towards the free shipping thresholds.  The customer is responsible for making sure the order and address is correct.

Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods for a refund of the purchase price. For US orders a $6 fee will be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective. 

Please remember all returned merchandise must be new (never been used) and in its original carton with all the packing materials. We will not accept dirty, washed or used products. You will need to enclose your order number or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your return.
